CASTING CALL – HOUSTON 🎭

Auditions are now open for the upcoming Houston production of Serial Killers: The Crucifixion of the Black Man in America, an original stage play exploring the Black experience in America through history, storytelling, and performance.

We are casting:

UNDERSTUDY
One African American man or woman

Rehearsals: Mid-August through mid-October
Rehearsals will include a combination of in-person and virtual rehearsals.

Performance Dates:
October 17 & 18, 2026
Houston, Texas

Actors should be comfortable portraying multiple characters and engaging with serious subject matter related to Black history and the Black experience in America.

Those invited to audition will receive a short selection from the script to prepare in advance.
